The movement outward to initiate the water flow is just awkward. Perhaps this would be a statement for any faucet of this type.
The finish seems to have developed a couple of minor discoloration spots after only a few months. I have not used any cleaning agent on it because I am worried about damaging the finish. I won't worry about these spots unless they get worse.
A big annoyance is the limited water stream. I got a different aerator from Rohl and that improved the situation. But perhaps in the manufacturing process, there were small dark plastic (?) filings deposited in the pullout arm that continue to limit the flow and are extremely difficult to coax out.
The pull out handspray is a bit difficult to pull, but has not gotten caught on anything, which I saw as a common complaint on other faucets.
Overall, I would not buy this faucet again. It is more expensive than other comparable hi-end faucets and I just don't see the quality.
