I got this yesterday and it took me 28 minutes from start to finish to install. Ever since we went to Japan to visit our son and grandkids we've wanted to get a bidet and I did a lot of searching and thought I would try this one. So far it seems to work great. The instructions for installing wasn't bad but the long hose for water supply was just to long I purchased a 9 inch one. The other thing people need to know is that hose needs to be a 1/2 inch to 7/8s size since that is what is used to water shut off.
Make sure you buy the right Bidet, Round vs Elongated since the elongated will not look good on a round toilet. I learned the hard way and had to exchange it.
The operating manual could use an update and explain a little more. For example it says that when you sit down the deodorizer fan will start to work but I'm not sure it works since there is no sound or light to show that it works.

bio Bidet needs to also tell people how to get extended warranty since I purchased through Amazon they have no warranty sign up card or online site to register this product.
