We chose to purchase this fan rather than installling an AC system or buying multiple window units. Generally we don't get extended periods of very hot weather here in western Washington and the evenings cool off into the 60s. My husband installed it easily and we've used it for 2 summers now. We run it at night with windows open a few inches. It moves a LOT of air. We sleep comfortably and wake to a cool house. In the morning we shut the windows, close the blinds, and the house stays comfortable during the day. We do have a small AC unit that we occasionally use in our family room for a few hours in the evening if we have an extended heat wave in the 90+ range. This fan is both environmentally and pocket book friendly.

Rockler Click-N-Carve CNC Carving Machine (BE2015) Review

A new machine seems a little daunting at first. However, after trying the first piece of carving everything (both software and hardware) fell into place and made sense. The finer carving settings do take quite a bit of time but are well worth it. Machine noise is minimal and I can sit at my computer with it working in the background and not have a problem. Another nice thing is that the workpiece is enclosed while being worked on so cleanup of the wood dust is a breeze with a small vacuum cleaner afterward.

The instructions were very poor and it took a very long time to install. We had to go to home depot to get additional screws. Wasted an afternoon trying to put it together and the lights that go in it are very low wattage too.
