I bought this faucet 11 years ago and when the spray button broke down a few weeks ago I was lucky enough to find the original receipt and phoned the distributor to buy a replacement part. The rest of the faucet was still in great shape even after heavy duty use for 11 years. I did not realize that there is a lifetime warranty on these faucets so I received the replacement part at no charge and within a week after I provided a photocopy of the original invoice. What great product and even better service. By the way what made me buy this faucet in the first place is the heavy construction. Especially the pull out hose, it is made out of metal rather than plastic.
