Hollon B2015E B Rate Security Cash Box Review

I purchased this safe to use in a small business. I needed to replace a Sentry safe that lasted about 7 years before the door fell off. I wanted something economical and nothing too big. This fits the bill although it came pretty dinged up from shipping. It almost looked like it was used before. It was necessary to put it together inside and it came with a one page sheet on how to open it. Please note: if you purchase this safe you will need to know a couple of things. It requires 4 AAA batteries and they will need to be inserted into the number dial by twisting it off. There is a connection from the back of this number dial that must be connected BEFORE you insert the batteries. If the connection seems a bit too short you can loosen the screws that hold the plate on to the safe and gently pull on the connection to free up some additional wire so that you can install the batteries and still be connected. If you try to connect it after the batteries are installed it will not open. How do I know this? I had to call tech support at Hollon. Why couldn't this be on the instruction sheet? Tech support was great, though and had me up and running in no time. Everything works as it should at this time. I am pretty much satisfied and will let you know if I run into any other issues.
