I was very happy when I received this shower head. It is quite large and very heavy duty. The head swivels, which I like very much, so I don't have to have it always coming straight down on my head. The individual spray points are a soft rubber that makes it easy to clean if there is any hard water build up. The contractor re-doing my bathroom was very happy with the quality. It is being installed in my master bathroom. I will update this review and take pictures when everything is done.
