* get ready for crappy delivery, it came weeks after the amazon estimated delivery date, and its CURB-SIDE delivery, ie as a girl there would be no way for me to get it inside by myself, luckily there were handymen in the house at the time. They could have at least warned about it.
* the unit fits and looks fantastic in the powder room being redone into additional bathroom.
* it is free standing, meaning very small demolition and wall damage,
* It needs a special outlet, from what I can see it needs a plug too!!! I still don't know if the electrical components work properly, would have being nice to know about it in advance. will audit this review once I get electrician to finish this thing
* On the bright side, the shower works without electricity, no steam though.
* My plumber did say that the all the connections were just screwed in by hand and the unit haven't being tested in the factory.
* the seller was nice and replied promptly every time I had a question. It probably would have been a five star review if I didn't have to go through all the hustle to get this done. Will go up to four if electrical works

9/5/13 update:
Electric part is working. The steam is sweet, jets are nice and rain shower is great, just the handheld spray is a bit too gentle for my taste. The mood lighting is stuck on blue, which is fine. The electrician said that it takes too many amps for our house (whatever that means), so not to run it when ac's are going full blast.
One thing is that the floor gets pretty slippery when your feet are soapy; it's a clear smooth plastic and I'll be looking for some safety tape.
You want to make sure to have a second person there to help your plumber jigsaw it together, preferably the electrician so he would make sure that behind-the-scenes wiring is fine (I'm still not sure if that button is a tease, or my mood light isn't connected properly).
Overall, it was a great solution for the tiny space I had (wheelchair accessible bathroom), that I didn't want damaged much since it was tiled in granite. Will attach a picture someday, because this one doesn't do it justice.
