We installed these in a commercial restroom serving two sinks. We had a difficult time getting the adjustments perfect so that we had hot water. This required us getting a low flow adapter for the faucet and then tweaking the input flow so that it was just right. Not a lot of margin for error on these and I'm hopeful it will still work properly when the weather gets cold and the incoming water is colder. I do not think i would buy another one of these units...
