The item arrived in a box with the packing totally broken up, fortunately the glass portion was packed better and not broken. The glass cones weren't level with each other and took quite a bit of muscle to bend to make level. When I first hung it up the whole thing split apart because one of the bolts wasn't fully tightened from the factory. After fixing all of these things the lamp is hanging in my entry way and looks great! It's a good price if you can accept needing to put in some additional work to make the lamps level.
