The look of this light is exactly what I wanted, however the quality is not what you might expect for the price.
The rods are threaded but just spin because they do not fit correctly. I ended up wrapping the threads in plumber's tape just to get it to stick together. The ceiling base was crooked and I had to bend it to get them straight. Also, the cap at the ceiling is very small, so it may not cover the junction box if your old fixture had a larger cutout in the drywall. I now will have to unwire and rewire and place a ceiling medallion in between the fixture and the ceiling to cover the gap. The manufacturer was not helpful when contacted nor could they offer any alternative solutions (such as a larger ceiling plate.)
