I loved the style and not too big for my medium size remodeled kitchen and the fact that you can choose the size of rods to hang from the ceiling. (I have 8 ft high ceiling so I didn't want it to hang too low from my breakfast bar), so I loved the size and overall style, however the packaging was so poor, that it damaged many parts of the item. one of the glass covers for the light bulbs was broken and the attachment was bent. and some not extremely noticiable scratches on several parts of the frame. I contacted Amazon and they were amazing in sending out a replacement within a day, but unfortunately again the same problem EXTREMELY POOR PACKAGING. I called again but couldn't get a replacement for it was the second time and they wanted to investigate the packaging problem, so my next will not arrive until 4-6 weeks from now from amazon again. I have to wait because i do like the overall design and ordered the matching mini pendant from one amazon's other vendors. I have my fingers crossed.
