I was really hesitant purchasing this product as it was labelled used/refurbished and could have some signs of minor damage or wear and tear, but I simply couldn't afford a new one. I'm glad I took the chance as I received a brand new one that was instead, dented. The location of the dent was on the bottom where all the fittings were, but could easily be pulled by grabbing one of the inlets and pulling downward. I thought this might cause a leak, but it didn't and upon examining the internals, you could clearly see that this unit was never powered up and that the damage was purely cosmetic. The unit functions perfectly. I wish I would have gotten one with a higher flow rate though because this one is so slow, it only maintains pressure with one faucet open at a time, but it was half price.
