When I moved to my new house in tx, I got this Giansteam humidifier form a local dealer. It is 200bulks more expensive than. Amazon.

I used to have several different humidifier, such as ByPass style evaporative, TrueSteam electric steam humidifier of Hoeywell, and Aprilaire humidifier. The ByPass humidifier is bad, the room humidity increased a little bit, but not enough, room was still dry. The experience of using TrueSteam is totally a nightmare, technician came a couple of times, and it cost me hundreds of bucks, the problem was still there. Then I changed it to an Aprilaire steam humidifier. Honestly, it was better product. The only expense was 60 bucks to change the canister in the next year.
