I have to tell you I bought two of these faucets and they have had the same diverter problem in less than four months. This faucet looks beautiful and seems to be built well but the company has not honored their warranty as of date. For people like me who specs a lot of faucets the Vigo industry has been the only problem I have had in my 25 years of experience. They sent me a replacement part that goes inside the body of the faucuet which looked used with rust on it. They wanted their client to fix it. What a joke. I am going to have them refund my money next time I contact them. I will keep you all posted how they respond.
