Very solid ladder! The duty rating is 225 pound and though I only weigh 165#, after seeing and using this ladder I have no doubt it will hold 225 pound. This being aluminum also made it very manageable to carry and get set up. Needless to say, I was very pleased with this ladder and would recommend it to anyone looking for a ladder in this weight class. Also the 225# duty rating is much more than I needed but I prefer to have a higher rating regardless, might come in handy if carrying something heavy up the ladder.
