Arrived crushed from UPS, but the hard plastic case protected it. Tools are nice, I didn't want
the LCT white tools, and I wanted the better 3amp hour batteries. I am not crazy about the light though, it has a awkward hand strap, I maybe would have been happier with the flashlight and I may get it as well as the bare tool recip saw. The tools are of really good quality no wobble like the Milwaukee, and holds the bits tightly. Haven't had a battery go dead yet. I really like it, what a step up from my old Hitachi 14.4 Nicad. The drill has a hammer drill on it. The impact is really light and powerful.
