I ordered the Maxim Silo 4 light bathroom light fixture on February 22nd, after researching light fixtures amid a bathroom remodeling. I loved the look of this 4 light Maxim from their Silo collection and ordered it. Because this light fixture is made in China (where else?), it didn't arrive until May 21st. But I did get it installed yesterday, and it truly is a beautiful light bar. I did the bathroom remodel in all chrome and glass fixtures & accessories, and the Maxim light was the perfect finishing touch. It was fairly easy to install, and relatively light given it's 27" width and glass shades. But after several minutes of light, I could feel the heat emanating from the glass shades and glass bottoms, and I mean scorching to the touch heat. The round bottom shades felt like you could almost light a cigarette off of them, so if you purchase this light, please know that the 75watt Xenon bulbs throw some serious heat. But this fixture is sweet and really, really great looking.
